"Your Mind Is A Sponge" was the first release for s@tur@tion back in 1995. At this stage the band was working without a drummer as all the original ideas were recorded using a drum machine (an alesis HR-16:B). The band rehearsed with that setup and even did a few gigs.

'Man From Mars' is the only track not to be re-recorded and released on a later CD.

Originally released as a cassette with 2 alternate versions of the cover art. Included in the bonus items is all the artwork variations for CD and Cassette along with some print media reviews. 'Sponge' was awarded 'Demo Of The Month' by Hot Metal magazine in 1997
